As well dry skin treatment, dehydrated skin treatment also can be approached either from inside and outside the body. Drinking enough amount of water daily is one example approach for dehydrated skin treatment as well as not smoking.

Practical approach for dehydrated skin treatment from outside the body should be emphasizes on how we can keep and increases the skin’s hydration, such us:

  • Avoiding extreme temperature condition whether it is heat or cold.

  • Using mild soap when bathing and mild laundry detergent.
  • Avoiding skin care products that contain fragrance or scents. (Especially if you have a sensitive dry skin which you can found that fragrance or scents contained skin care products can harm your skin

In general people simply use skin care products for treating their skin whatever its condition. However by understanding what is exactly the condition and problem we deals with either dry skin or dehydrated skin, we can approach the best suitable approach when treating our skin.
